I am from canada and search banknotes and decided to get some US $10s they are series 2006 with serial #s IG94600835A-IG94600850A & IG87851720A-IG87851728A, should I keep them or trade them for different ones?

That depends. Do any of them have fancy serial's? Are any of them star notes? Are the particular serials you have from short print runs? And most important of all, do you have a liking to any of them?

These are all factors in deciding whether or not to hang onto certain notes, at least to me. :)

Good luck in your searching!

IF these are un circulated / chcu notes I would hang on to a few of them regardless of any other factor. The reason is that "majority" of the CHCU $5, $10 and $20's end up in ATM's and Cash dispensers (grocery store / Walmart etc). This is what's going on in my area and are tough to come by.

thanks guys, they are brand new uncirculated notes. I think I will save a few, I like IG94600849 and will keep that one since its 200 off a radar and a few others, do they have a price guide on US notes? One that tells the prices as well as the print runs of a particular series? I doubt I can buy it in Canada, might have to get my passport and take a run upto Minot, ND or order one online. I am however saving one of each prefix (must be uncirulated) and a few blocks of consecutive Canadian $10 and $5.

You can get the standard guide to small size U.S paper money 1928 to date by Schwartz/Lindquist. They have them on Amazon.com. They give pricing, print runs, and much more info for all notes 1928-2006. Nice pics too.
