I want the 2002 one and two German Euro coins. I have searched high and low on ebay and didn't find a whole heck of a lot. The web site I'll link bellow has them but they want $15-$25 for Un-circulated ones. I don't care if they've been in someones pocket. I just want them for my German collection. I have ones from Prussia, Nazi Germany, post Nazi Germany, but no Euro ones.

Anyone know ware I can get these?

Thanks

Very reliable German coin dealers who ship Euro coins to foreign countries:

Of course, ask about postage and shipping charges BEFORE ordering.

Is there any good reason why euros are hard to find in the U.S. I hardly ever see them here or maybe it's just the area I live in.

Because the US is not Europe They are really not difficult to find though, there are thousands listed on ebay. You may not be able to find them at a coin shop but that would be from lack of local demand. Also, many shops do not carry world coins that are essentially currently circulating pocket change, there is no profit margin there.

I have a large Euro collection because I have lived in three countries where the Euro is used. I could turn up at any coin show and there would be just about every reasonably prices Euro coin going. In the UK people do not seem to collect these and at the Cardiff coin show I saw no Euro coins.

US coins are easier to get but a 25cent coin can cost up to $1.50 equivalent. (though in a US airport I managed to get about thirty different State Quarters in an hour or so)!

It's all about demand, and people generally collect what is close to home!
