Anyways ...... here is the latest result of the hunt ...... a well worn but original surfaces 1934 Texas Half Dollar. I would grade it in the F-15 range ....... there is a minor rim hit at 7:00 on the reverse but other than that just honest wear in a lovely Classic. This is one of my favorite coin designs from the series ..... and it gives me great joy to hold this in my hand wondering about it's life and what paths it has traveled to arrive at this state! Now have 15 of these circulated Classics ...... even purchased a Dansco 7094 to house them in. Truly enjoying the hunt for all 50 ..... perhaps an impossible quest ..... much like my hunt for that darn 43-D Jefferson. Let me know what you think about this one.
