I can't call it but the rim on the obverse looks a bit suspect to me also.

I agree the rim looks suspect at the 7 to 9 o'clock positions.

I think Ill just stay away from that one...

I'm not an expert on this coin or on commemoritives but it looks good to me maybe just a bit of circulation. but if there is 1% of doubt dont bid on it
