I found absolutely nothing. Came across a couple of other Tompkins tokens on ebay but not the right ones.

Update...Good things happen....Found it...

Token is from: Grants Pass, Oregon, U.S.A.

Ira S. Tomkins was a barber as early as 1900. He is listed in the 1906 directory. In 1910, he is listed as a confectioner.
