Is it authentic (considering the holes were not countermarked with F7 or YII)? Would anyone have any other opinion on this coin?

to the community...
1830 Manila counterstamped coins are one of the greatest rarities in our country.

YII countermark requirement for holed coins will not be an issue because the requirement thru the Bando (Royal Order) was done between 2-3 years later when the 1832 resumption of counterstamping coins using the new Bengal Coin Press with the "Manila 1830" Dies. The previous owner might have kept the above coin for wedding purposes as "ARRAS"
However my concern on the above coin are the numbers "1" and "0".
Please have some comparison on the coin below...

Both are probably genuine but I would be wary of the holed one more because it looks exactly the same as another famous 1830 PCGS MS62 which is kind of weird even the missing "M" is the same and the scratch or mark is also in the same position! Maybe a cast copy and also its holed? very strange. Could be genuine but would be cautious. The 1830 cuzco if you look in the old books shares the same numbers as others. A bolivian 1830 shares the exact same characteristic as the above cuzco. The cuzco is 100% genuine the holed one is questionable. The hole is possibly a ploy to make it look authentic.
