I believe your coin is from Antioch, Syria Philip I Tetradrachm Dated 248 AD, 4th counsulship and is listed as Prieur 443ef on wildwinds.

It is From Antioch, Syria but it isn't Prieur 443ef. 443ef is a wreathed bust as this one is a radiate bust. on the reverse every thing appears to be the same except the last letter in the inscription.

Sorry I mis-typed ef, should have been Prieur 443cf, but your correct the last letter does not appear to be the same.
