doesn't seem cleaned to me. Not harshly at least.

Also when I enlarged it there are two lines running from her neck down to her waist.

Likely. Most natural XF coins 90 years old have more toning.

That kind of picture makes the coin looked fried. I've done business with this seller before and not disappointed. Shoot him en email and ask about mint lustre. With those details some should exist or it is fried. nlp

Based on the images the coin looks slightly overdipped.

I was thinking dipped as well. I too have bought a few coins from this seller and have always been pleased.
