When Will Silver Hit $22/Oz

I buy silver BU OBR for grading and then sell the BU coins at a loss/ I guess you would say I am a broke commodities trader.
I do pay attention to the market and sold most of my BU rolls inventory of silver last week. Then I bought more OBR. The price does not affect me since I buy and sell on short term holdings. This post I created from a post two weeks ago" when will silver hit $20" Which I predicted every day last week. last Sunday.
Following the post daily, the last post was "there should a post as to when will silver hit $21" I embellished it by doing a poll at $22. and invited comments
Like when will the ice go out on the lake contests when have here in New England. I'm sure our group will not influence the price of silver nor do I have any left to sell.
From are informative reply's. I feel I have learned some things such as the China issue, as well as all that read this post and for that matter all posts here..

We have no coin clubs anywhere near my home so I feel this is my coin club with out driving.

sowhat factors would affect the prices? I have ben told speculation is one of themain driving forces behind the gold/silver run up.. take those guys back in the 80's, the hunt bros. (now own Kan City Cheifs) I feel like the upswing will level itself out and get back down to around 15/oz...

i say this based on one tidbit of info, that the real cost of mining silver is overinflated. also, have they mined all the silver yet? I would love to see some hard facts and articles to back up some of this info and even the rumors I have been told. I feel like buying silver for investment purposes would be silly now. like someone said before, it will hit 18 beefore it hits 23.. wait till next quarter or the 1st Q of next year and we will see it drop back down, possibly to a level of inflation of 15 or 16/oz. but even that, I feel is over what it 'should be' given how much it is to really mine this stuff...
