I'm predicting never. At least not during this current run up.

I would sell if I was investing because the run up is way outside the technical indicators. You have to look at it like a stock. I would bet it will hit 18.00 before it hits 23.00 an ounce.

The only thing I'll predict is that I've ordered 2 boxes of halves...and that I've got a buyer that's paying 14X face. I've honestly no clue where it's going. At the moment, I've got an extra $1,000 that I'm able to "play with". 2 boxes of halves next week, and a couple of boxes of dimes if I'm not too lazy.

I think it is just a gamble to hope that the bullion prices will just continue to rise, although the USD seems to be depreciating, hopefully in at least a partially controlled manner. As we all know, the silver price is quoted in USD per ounce. I wonder if the real bullion price of silver is actually rising. Maybe you are just gambling against a depreciating USD.
There has been some successful negotiations to partially float the Yuan, but the U.S. Treasury has been publically disappointed about the resultant poor appreciation of the Yuan, which would give U.S. export goods a fairer go.
It might be helpful to chart the Australian Dollar against the USD.. The reason for this is that Australia has a fairly stable and long term growth export market to China for a wide range of mineral commodities. The main influences on the value of the AUD are mineral prices, with international contracts termed in USD, Oz. bank stocks, and the ratio of the USD to the AUD.
The unemployment rate in Oz. has remained stable at about 5% over about the last 5 years and throughout the Global Financial Crisis.
It might also be helpful to chart the silver price against say a 200 day moving average, or longer period. If you wish to sell silver, a 50 day or less moving average could be considered.
Having said all of that, I don't care really what the silver price is, because my interest in numismatics extends over decades, not months or years.

Silver will hit $50 an ounce exactly one week after I sell all mine for $20... I think that sounds about right

Ah but should we not forget, silver traded over $20 back in the 1st qtr of 2008 and also back in 1990. I hope it does break the "barrier" and climb higher, but if history repeats itself, then it looks like the down hill slide will start and then it will hover around $18.
BUT, then again, who really knows.

Stephen, Dude!! This about you 4th or 5th post on silver futures. Just curious, are you a commodities broker looking for a grass roots consensus to justify a position?
