Well, I heard back from some folks. These "particular plate numbers" (Fp5 / Bp2) is / are not as rare as once thought. Last published price was $425 6 years ago. The estimate on current price vary greatly starting at $50 per note (bvalania was not far off - sorry B) based on all that is known today.

I have all the correspondence which I had with these folks and can forward it to you when you have 50 posts at CCF. Due to the "confidential nature" / confidentiality of others involved, I do not want to post here or elsewhere as it would not be proper. These folks know web notes inside and out.

Hopefully, these notes have stirred some interest in currency collecting and you will be around here for the future. I guess looking back 6 years ago would have been the time to sell them and you had the right instinct when you first saved them.

I am still interested in your notes and hopefully we can work something out in the future. IF these notes were mine I would have them graded and or hang on to them.

Accept my apologies if in anyway I got your hopes up. Best to you.
