http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...refresh=trueI'm surprising my wife with this coin, It looks absolutely gorgeous, and if it in fact is UNC, it was well priced. there was a lot of action on this item too. Look at the bid history. Other than myself there were 5 other snipers that tried for this piece. Luckily I won. Sorry if I was bidding against anyone here.

Great find and what's a bargain! 158$ is nothing for this beauty with full luster and problem free coin. This a common date on low grades but rare in MS.

Yea, thats why I jumped on it, I initally was only gonna bid like $60, but I really started looking around for others, they were either $300, if I could find them, or ugly/problem coins.
I couldn't resist. Seems like it was a rare opportunity.

Do coins make good gifts for women? I always thought a diamond or something like that would be more appreciated? :)

Well she collects France coins (doing a type Set), so she will be happy. This will be the single most valuable coin she will have yet. Second is a 5Franc we paid $50 for in trade.
And she doesn't have any sisters... brother though. lol

Congratulations for that very beautiful coin! These coins are indeed very hard (and often expensive) to find in that high grade.
