This does not appear to be a coin, but some type of medal. Princess Georgina was the wife of the ruler of Liedhtenstein Prince Franz Josef II 1938-1990. Georgina was the countess of Wilczek.

Thanks for the welcome!

It's about the size of a quarter...Gold in appearance, but I'm not sure if it has much actual gold content. The origin has been eluding me for several weeks now. I can't seem to find anything on it!

It is a commercially struck medal in proof. It is probably 18ct gold, and I GUESS that it could be from the Valcambio Mint The date MCMLXX = 1970.

I've managed to find one other coin like this, in silver - but still no info on this one. I would be grateful if anyone would take another look at this and help me determine the history and gold content.

She was the wife- princess consort - of the ruler of the state, was married before the date, and it does not coincide with the birth of any of her children, so not necessarily a commemorative- possibly just showing the rulers.

The language on the medal is Catalan. It could have been a link to Andorra...
