They're Indian Native States coins. Identifying these can often be tricky, but the large leaf on both of these coins narrows down the options to the Sikh Empire and Kashmir.
The smaller one is a Kashmir 1 paisa of the period 1857-1861, listed as KM# 1.1 in my Krause catalogue. the actual date of issue is off the flan on your coin.
The larger one is Sikh Empire, I think, but it's too badly worn to read much of the design or lettering. I'fI'm right it would date from sometime around the 1820s.
