1995 was a good year for the jeffs, I have several dozen full step nickels from that year.

That looks like a good one.

The 1993 P is a common coin 412,076,000 minted. The hair detail was strengthened again in 1993, last done in 1991.
5 full step coins are found at an average of 1 out of 2 and 6 full step examples are common.
An MS64 example with 6 full steps is probably worth $5.00 if you had someone who was going to buy it for that much.

Many of the post 1990 to the most recent minted Jefferson's have good detail and are well struck. Perhaps this explains why you are finding them so easily. Maybe you just were not looking that closely.
Now find something that looks like your nice nickel with 1980 to 1989 and it is a whole different story.
