This medallion was minted by a company whose hallmark is a crowned G. I found it a few years ago and think it was a German company but I can't find it now. Any help on IDing this minter would be greatly appreciated.
The matte proof medallion says it is .999 silver, measures 40mm, is 1.8mm thick, has a reeded edge, and weighs 21.12 grams.

Worth melt value only. It's from the American Mint (not to be confused with the U.S. Mint). It's an older piece though. If you go to their website www.americanmint.com and search for declaration of independence and go to page 2, you'll find the same coin, just in gold. Looks like they no longer sell the silver version.

its actually a little different in that on the reverse? side the silver medal has "history of america" and the gold one doesn't, it just says declaration of independence and the lettering is a different font. The pictures are the same though

I did find this different medal on here that has the crowned G hallmark on it that someone else was asking about on this site https://goccf.com/t/56287

Edit: Oh it was you that asked about this one as well...

Everything I have read online about a crowned G hallmark came back to Goteborg (which is German like you mentioned) but his hallmark is different. here is a picture of it
