I soaked and dug with a needle to get the white wax or whatever was in the hole out,,I dont think its a rare find,just wondering what happened,there are no marks on the rim from vice grips or vice,,anyone got a clue?

The "white wax" you dug out was actually zinc oxide or "zinc rot" the coin had a small hole there and started to rot. Post mint damage.

and by the looks of the reverse it was found in the dirt by someone and cleaned up a little then returned to circulation. Could have been one of my detector finds.

Thanks,I found it odd but not a mint error,,the white powder just poured out,the more I cleaned the more came out,ZINC ROT,,have not seen that term,,thanks very much,,Learned something odd,,thanks again
