I'm trying to identify this coin.

It's 3, I believe kreuzer. The year is 1624. I believe it's from Austria/Austrian state. When I obtained this coin, the seller said it was from Tyrol. There is no such listing in the KM catalog, and I can't find it. I believe the bust is of Ferdinand II.

Any help is appreciated.

Looks like KM#256. Austria 3 Kreuzer, 1624, Vienna Mint.

I think so too, but I'm not so sure.
It looks similar, but the markings don't quite match up. Any ideas?

Maybe Saint Polten Mint. Same privy mark and coat of arms as Vienna.
KM pictures are still terrible.

But it is from Austria?
Not one of the Austrian states?

It's from Austria, not one of the states.

If I'm reading the history right, Tyrol ceased to be an independent state in 1595.

I would translate Tyrol from this era as Hall Mint(located in the state of Tyrol), but this coin is not from Hall.

Ok, then I'll have to modify my information on the coin.
It does look like KM 256, but with the terrible quality of KM's scans, and the worn-down surfaces of the coin, I'm just not sure.
