1953 SF Penny?

Found this one a few days ago, looks like the 1953 SF version to me. The photos aren't great, I know. I just couldn't seem to capture the detail, but rest assured there is no wear. Aside from that, what do you think this one might grade at?

There's a lot of dust and dirt on both sides and the rim on Rev is badly dinged, which is sign of wear. It looks like it was jammed into a fuse box or something. The date (195) looks doubled but that could be a reflection, and the 3 looks like the hanging 3 variety, hard to tell with pic out of focus. I'd give it EF-40.

sometimes coins that get in the element of clothes dryers also get that look.

I'm not a pro, but I'd say conservatively, vf-30. Too many dings on the rim and too much loss of detail on her face, ear and hair above her temple.
