When it comes to ebay and Error coins or so called Error coins people bid on just about anything. All the seller has to say is it's an Error and people bid on it.Not all the time but alot more then you would think.I see damaged, corroded, vicejobs sold as errors all the time.As far as this Buffalo,I see nothing myself that would cause me to spend my hard earned money but I'm sure somebody would be happy to own it

There are certain diagnostics that can attribute a genuine 18/7-D. The D is slightly tilted as well as the designers initial F will resemble a P. It could be possible that this is the real deal but, until you acid treat it, you'll never know for sure. This buyer could have scored. In essence, it was a gamble.

I pulled out my handy dandy Abraded Die book by Ron Pope. The ware is so bad I can't confirm it by any PUP's

Here is a different seller. Almost all his coins are graded by a no body at MS-65 and 66. If you where too cross them over to PCGS or NGC and or ANACS they would come back as MS 62's and 3's ( IF THEY DID NOT GET BODY BAGED AS CLEANED ) On most of his stuff we wants just a little over 100 % over full retail. LOL

I like to take a gamble every now and then (for small money of course). I'm still waiting to see if I made out on a lot of wheats I bought on ebay.

If the 35 DDO is legit I did really good. If its not I overpaid by a few dollars. I'll take a chance like that.
