Spots,bag marks,eye appeal and strike is what differenciates between
high MS and low MS and I for the most part leave that to the professionals.
That being said I'd say MS63 plus or minus

The reverse looks a bit worn to me. Maybe it's just mushy or the picture though. But I can't really make out any steps. Of course, it could also just be my eyes. It looks like there are a few dots on the obverse as well, with a little something going on with the jawline.

At first I did not think this coin was MS because of
the worn appearance of the steps and pillars. Then I thought the
Triangle and half window above the pillars were the highest area on the reverse of the coin
(which are crisp) and thought the mushy steps were a soft strike.
I am a rookie grader and wonder what others thoughts were here?
