Can't Add Pictures?

The upload window is a small pop up. Make sure nothing on your computer is blocking pop ups or that it's not hiding behind another window.

look to the left of this screen, and scroll down a bit:
under "Tutorials", you'll find "Uploading Photos".

The easy problems are the 100kb rule, and the limitation on filenames.

If size is your problem, make a copy of your pic, and then crop it.
If that isn't enough, go into whichever program you manage your pics with, and look for the command "resize": this will degrade your pic, but it will also reduce the filesize. That's why you do this to a copy, not to your original.
