I collect US coins, but along the way I have picked up a few world notes. I know next to nothing about paper money, especially from other countries. If anyone has any interesting info about these notes or has any idea if they have any value I would appreciate it. Thanks!

1. 1968 Netherlands 10 Gulden
2. 1990 Jamaica 1 Dollar
3. 1957 Mexico 1 Peso, Crisp Uncirculated
4. Japanese Govenment 10 Peso
5. 1954 Canada 1 Dollar
6. 1943 Belgium 5 Francs
7. 1943 Belgium 10 Francs
8. 1916 Belgium 1 Franc
9. 1900 Canada 25 Cents

interesting notes, the Canuck bill has seen better days. I'm starting to switch a little of my coin collecting to notes, a lot to learn.

Nice notes! I love collecting military currencies. They usually dont cause too much and can be found in mint state most of the times!!

I can tell you about that Mexican note you have. It's the first time a One Peso bill was ever printed. So it's more of a keepsake novelty - you'll always find them in crisp uncirculated condition. They are worth as much as a collector will pay for it.

As for the Canadian $1: check with pictures online to see if it's not the "devil's face" variation, which is worth a lot. Culturally, though, this bill is significant in that it's the last series to depict agricultural farm life, as they switched to parliament buildings on the next series, and then birds with the next. Everytime I talk with my older members of the family, the cutoff from old to sorta hip is in the 1960s FOR SURE.
