1964 Mint Set Bought At Coin Shop For Below Silver Melt!

andrewjconners Valued Member United States 497 Posts	Posted 10/13/2010 4:45 pm WOW! My local coin dealer has a few silver sets he sells and I picked up one 1964 Mint set. With nickel,penny,dime,and JFK half with the letter and packageing for only $12.25. He even told me that the price in silver alone is $14.45. Do you guys think I should go back and get more since he goes by the grey sheet and the grey sheet just cant keep up with silver and gold? Report this Post to the Staff

You could buy them today and then silver makes a significant drop tomorrow. You may end up keeping them long term, hoping to recover a loss.
