Okay Grabbed this at the auction today.

Graded by accugrade?

They Call it MS-63 close maybe.

Now it states type II ?

And is this thing silver?

if it has the brown box it may be silver. but they are way too easy to open and the coin could have been swapped out by now. I don't know who acugrade is but they are not one of the top 4 so I wouldn't worry about the grade at all and would even drop it down a few grades

All 1971-S Eisenhower dollars are 40% silver, both uncirculated and proof. There were no clad proofs that year (the 1971 proof set was a five coin set and did not include an Eisenhower dollar).

1971-S book says its 40 per cent silver.
