Ebay Reporting Really Does Work

Yes, there's an awful lot to complain about on ebay, but I thought I'd share one item that casts them in a good light.

When browsing the other day, not looking for anything in particular (mostly wasting time, really), I came across a clear fake. I went through the link here on the site to report it, and sure enough, a couple of days later, got a message back from the ebay folks. They concurred, and removed the auction.

The moral of the story is that reporting items does work, if you see something that should be acted on, go ahead, you might be pleasantly surprised. They're not going to be proactive - if no one reports issues, the sellers will keep on selling the bogus items.
