Yep, it's a replica based on an artistic rendition of what a "viking coin" might have looked like. See
this thread for another example identical to yours. The link in the old thread is broken, but as I recall, it showed a couple of extremely scarce coins, only known from a few fragmented pieces. The original coins were very thin and uniface, so the designs are taken from two different coin types.
I don't know where these fantasy/reproductions came from, but they were presumably made by or for some kind of Viking museum or re-enactment group.
