DLPerrapato New Member United States 12 Posts	Posted 10/18/2010 5:28 pm Hello all paper money collectors and hoarders, I am a Fractional guy. Any others out here also caught up in the Civil War paper coins? Personally, they are extremely under valued, are some of the most interesting notes you can find and I cannot get enough of them. I am not sure if it is just me, though it probably is, for the most part, the people who do find themselves drawn to these little gems seem to have a real passion for history. I love that fractionals are undervalued, it makes collecting them a real possibility, even the very rare notes are out there and affordable. Tough to compare that to most US coins.
