Israel-Telephone-Token??-I.d.-Help

So I'd received this token thing a while ago, and everytime I look at the telephone part it cracks me up a little. It has a kind of special groove, which is why I'm guessing that it's for a coin-op machine. I've seen slanted tokens before for arcade games, but this one has a telephone on it. It's pretty thickish - almost 3 millimetres. From the groove up it's almost 2mm. Diameter is 19mm. What's the year on it, and other writing that's on it? Value? Any help is appreciated.

The top image states - ministry of communications
Bottom has the date 1961 (not really clear) and the bottom states "Telephone"

These telephone tokens were dis continued in the 1980's when telephone cards came into use.

Just to add that the word telephone as well as being in Hebrew on the token is also there in Arabic

That thread helps a lot! Thanks to everyone! How much would a call in 1961 cost you?
