In mint condition and has misprint of back of bill onto the front of the bill.

Any ideas of what it might be worth?

Looks like a wet ink transfer to me... and a pretty heavy one at that.

Not sure on value but definitely worth a premium.

It is a Reverse to Obverse wet ink transfer, the more valuable of the two types. If it were complete it would probably fetch $100 to maybe $175 depending on it's condition. The one you have would probably fetch between $15 to $40.
