Well, the first one is pretty straightforward. The item description tells you most what you need to know:
Obv: IMP C M AVR SEV ALEXAND AVG, Emperor laureate, right

Rev: PAX AVG, Pax advancing left holding olive branch and sceptre

Rome mint, 226 AD. RIC 168. BMCRE 363. RSC 187. RCS 7887.

I think this is a nice example of the style of Severus Alexander's coinage. I particularly like the folds on Pax's gown on the reverse.

Apart from the telling you what denomination it is (it's a denarius). What else did you want to know about it?

The second seems fairly well IDed, though it's not a Constantine type I've seen or heard of before. It's not listed in my old Sear, and the new Sears don't go that far forward yet, but there are several on the Wildwinds site, Like this one, so it's probably just one of the less-common types.

I'm getting different coins from the ones Sap has described. I've found that the URL change dynamically in the FORVM albums...

I see what you mean, Peter. Now I'm getting a pretty cool Bactrian tetradrachm and a Roman Republic denarius... I think the same thing's been happening here on this forum with links to gallery pictures.

Jim, if you want discussion on particular coins, it might be best to copy the image location, then paste it into the forum here surrounded by {img} and {/img} (only with square brackets instead of curly ones). Like this:

This should be the Bactrian one I mentioned above. It shouldn't change, because the filename itself that's saved on their forum space shouldn't change, until the file's owner deletes it from the other forum... unless I'm misunderstanding these things.

To get the URL of the graphic itself, right-click on the picture you want; it should be in the options your web browser gives you. I'm using Firefox, and the option is called "Copy Image Location". In Internet Explorer, it's called "Copy Shortcut" for some inexplicably Microsoft reason...
