Here is one I wonder what happened to the reverse. What do you think? Post mint, mint, or combination of both?

That's pretty wild! It looks like a combo. Part lamination and part PMD. Let's see what the experts say. Shame about the damage part, though. Looks like it could be a cool error.

Hiya Scooby :) I got all excited when I found this one as its so major and
I didn't know what happened. The foldover parts are exciting and yeah, sadly
it looks like damage through its lifetime too.

The underneath exposed parts show a lot of bright copper so I'm guessing that maybe
there was a lamination crack or peel and something later pushed it off the column areas.
Otherwise the bright copper would be as dark as the rest of the coin had it been folded
during minting, correct? It all would have darkened and tarnished at the same rate?

Looks like a crack running from outside the rim all the way to the inner ridge of the opposite side of the coin. But I see dents and gouges that I think must have come throughout life but they are dark, so a long time ago for them.

Interesting coin! If its partly a mint error I'd love to know that :)

The " PMD" part is basically normal wear and tear. I see a decent error coin worth a few bucks on which damage of any sort could go unmentioned and nobody would really notice it.
