Good-4. Does not look cleaned to me, but I think mattbrowning7 is seeing what appear to be parallel lines, which could indicate a wiping in the past.

ACE Mike, there's the lines, but I also think there is an unnatural shiny look to it.

I do see the lines, but it doesn't have a cleaned look to it. I have seen much worse in problem free slabs.

Looks like someone started to whizz it but then realized if wasn't worth the effort.
G4 is a good evaluation regardless of the striations.

I noticed the shine to it, but attributed that to a rather intense light source close to the coin. It has a fairly natural gray color which made me think that it has not been cleaned, at least not beyond a light wipe. As always, easier to tell in person than with a photo.

Probably was slid against a surface or something. This is close to G but would probably get graded AG-3 actually : (
