I was just reading the Coin World and it ruined my plans to attend next years April 2011 Gettysburg National Park quarter ceremony. I see the entire week of April 17 thro 23 the ANA will have a coin fair. I live around 30 minutes from Gettysburg but will be in south Texas for the winter.

I was planning to come back a little early to attend the quarter exchange at Gettysburg but forget it now there will be 1000 people in line now forget it.

Well glad I found this our now will not come back early for that mess.

That would have been a rude awakening! It is a good thing you found out now. Gives you time to consider other options you may have.

Maybe with the coin fair they will have more quarters and staff on-hand to handle the distribution? Definitely something to look into before completely giving up.

Well I have allot of time to think on it wish you could find out the actual release dates for the quarter ceremonies then one could plan for these opening ceremonies.
