What is it worth considering the polish? And if I buy it what should I treat it with to remove the polish residue?

I'm pretty sure everyone here will tell you that the coin is worthless after being cleaned with that.

I wouldn't bother, if this is for your collection I would hold out to purchase a coin that has not been cleaned.
