I have 5 rolls of 1977 pennies all MS63-65, I opened one up and all are starting to tone, on both sides, in the middle. Some have a heavy black area on them, all are in Brink's papper wrappers.

Should I take them out of the wrappers and put them into some thing else?

IMO, I'd be inclined to sell them and buy one good example in red of a high and low variety. If you really want to keep them they should be re rolled in something less reactive and stored in plastic roll containers with lids. I see some nice era paper rollers on sale from time to time with bank logo on it on ebay.
