Everyone's different. I'd say there is a trend of 1 silver per $750.

1 per 1000$ where I am. I am still waiting on a big hit to skew my stats. Since I do bags quite often it's possible that someone will unknowingly dump an old stash in the coin counter. Have hit big with dimes pennies and halves this way

squirrel - its low because quarters are widely circulated and used by people. They sound really different when you drop one or clink it against other quarters. so they have been pulled out of circulation by coin collectors and people that may not know much about coins. Dimes are harder for the average person to detect and keep, so I think they are more common in circulation

Dumped out a CWR into the register at work and out popped a 1945. Spotted it right away due to its worn appearance.

Last year I searched 10 boxes and the result was nada.
Today I picked up my first box for this year. I've decided to search at least 10 boxes of quarters each year.

I went through a $500 box of quarters today and it yielded me a nice looking '64-D. October was a very good month for me!
