Was the 1982 Quarter only available in the Souvenir Set? Well, I found this 1982 in really good condition.

They were released to circulation. There were no mint sets in 1982 and 1983, so the souvenir set is the only way to get truly uncirculated coins those years.

What a great day!

Also picked up $250 in quarter rolls, but much luckier in the coin returns!

Still no silver quarters, but I got 3 solid nickel Canadian's in my last few hundred in quarters, 2 of them were hole-fillers

I've decided since I have so many Canadian coins that I will try to make as full a set as I can at face value, just from CRH finds, I'm only missing a few years on each denomination.

I already have 10 of the 16 years for George VI, on cents. And I'm only missing 12 from the nickel quarters.
