1954 D/S Nickel?

I wrote too soon in my other post. When I started looking at higher magnification, I may have found some more stuff. I'm seeing a D/S here but I may be fooling myself. The Cherrypicker's guide shows a "possible" D/S but the picture isn't very good. It does bear some similarity to this one though.

What do you think?

Hard to tell with all the dirt but it's looks like something is going on there...maybe an RPM ?

If that secondary is not Machine Doubling, it's definitely a D/D. It doesn't have the right shape to be an "S", and definitely is not the well known D/S for the date.
