first time I had been to the coin shop in a while.

i actually made a list of things I needed, a few indians, buffalos, roosies; I just seem to get side track with EVERYTHING. lol

here is what I ACTUALLY ended up with for $16 bucks...

how did I do?

$5 1928c - - $8

$1 star silver cert - $1.25

1921-p $3, 1938-D $3.50, no dates for .20c ea., full dates, 29-s, 30-s, .60c each...and a 46-d roosie $1.70

For the five and 1 dollar bill I don't collect bills but I would take them just because their cheap. And nor do I collect the buffalos but for the no dates at 20cents each is I think good. You can always try to restore them. If I'm not mistaken one of my local shops sells them for 80cents a piece. And the 29 and 30 S for $1.20 total? Great job!

i do not normally buy paper currency, but having the paper currency price guide there next to me, it seemed to be worth a little more than what I paid.

anyway, I still feel that coins are a better investment.. agree/disagree? perhaps a new topic..
