Hi folks,
Rather large for a coin (52mm), and seems to be of aluminum.
Appreciate any help.
Thanks

Not a coin, for sure. The symbolics are Saudi (Arabian) but I cannot say what it is exactly.

By the way, the number on the "reverse" has nothing to do with date. Coat check claim?
Rest in Peace

Great! There's plenty of time left for us and quite a few generations! (To build up a nice collection perhaps)

The number is 3422. And if it were the Hejira date, which they use in Saudi Arabia, it would translate to about 3941 AD.

The number is arabic for 3422, which rules out a date. It's such a large token, does anyone have any clue as to what it might have been used for?

I think it's just a tag for something numbered. Could be a key tag for a storage or a motel room, a pet licence tag, or could be a tag for a thing on a shelf in a warehouse. And somehow this business has a connection to Saudi Arabia, either it is in the country or Saudi expatriots keep their memory of the Fatherland.

Thanks for your insights and I will label it accordingly as a tag.
