And the coin itself. The toning (?) started after I purchased the coin probably 15 to 20 years ago. The plastic is a little scratched up and the pictures aren't the best but they are the best I can take.

The percentage means that the coin was almost untoned when it was slabbed and PQ is "premium quality" meaning that PCI felt that the coin was an MS63+ but not quite a 64.
