Hello,
This 51-d got me curious, It's probably nothing, But, On cc's site there is no photo of the 1mm-015. The INFO Looks similar to my coin, With a horizontal line down 1/3 inside the mintmark

Could be 1MM-017 also. I see some below the MM on your coin. Just an Early Die Stage....possibly

It's definitely not 017 - the repunching on 017 is way too close to match up.

This one appears to be a weakened version of 016. I would have to verify other markers to be sure.
