I finally I.D. this coin as a Constantius II (337 - 361 A.D.) AE4 R2
With Constantius standing left holding globe and spear
Would like to know the denomination if any?

These are only known as AE4, because we don't know what the denomination really is.

These coins are very common and because most of the inscription and design of the coin is missing, I'm sorry to say it has very little monetary value.
