Both appear VF-30, with a shot at EF-40.

I don't know, the first one looks a little sharper to me.
I would say XF-40 and VF-35

I would go EF40 on the top one. It might slip a little due to wear on the hair over her forehead working itself into the edge of the LIBERTY band. The reverse displays really good definition on the details in teh leaves and wreath.

The second one is probably VF20 with the reverse pushing it up to VF30. All of the leaves on the obverse show a good bit of wear and you can makeout LIBERTY with the E and Y being weak. Is there something on the fields surrounding her neck? It looks like bumps of some sort.

On the reverse the ribbon and stalks shows a prtty good amout of detail as does the wreath.

VF-35 for both. Great pickups for "junk"! (You are VERY good at doing that Mr. Johnny!)

VF-35 on the 1st one, and XF-40 on the second. I like the dirty, crusty look of both of them.
