I picked this one up today in the 90% bin.

I think it is a Solid VG-8. I can say about half of LIBERTY and there is good definition on the eye, mouth, and nose.

The scratch over her head is somewhat visible to th enaked eye as well but it is located in a somewhat darker area of the coin.

There is a decent amount of detail on the eagle and some detail on the shield.
