I know this is going to be real n00b of me(and sorry, if this wasn't the place for this post), but for some reason my post count is not going up; I have been stuck at 22 for a little bit now. It's not like I'm too far ahead of 22, but still I have posts that it is not counting. It seems like I've been putting in good quality post, so I don't see why it wouldn't count them. So if any one could help me figure out what's going on, I would appreciate it

Post counts are only increased in coin related forums. The buy/sell section and welcome section are examples of places that Don't increase your count.

Oh, alright. That could explain some of them, but what about the contest forum?

Post counts do not increase in the following:
Welcome - Introduce Yourself Here Coin Community Family Topics Contest, Quiz, & Giveaway General Discussion Numismatic Learning Center Buy / Sell / Trade Support and Testing Area
There might be a few other subforums but those are the main ones.

It does not seem to count multiple posts on the same thread.
I have not been getting emails from ccf, who do I contact?

General Discussion is for everything non coin related and that is why it doesn't increase post count. most people could care less about their post count so its not really that big of a deal. The only ones that usually pays attention to how many posts they have is if they have some type of other motives like they want to hurry up and get Pillar or want to be able to buy/sell

Well I was just curious as to why. It had nothing to do with "other motives" or wanting pillar status or even buying/selling.

I do not question your motives and I do not think that Bryan was directing that at you. I think that most of those people that want their post count to increase for nefarious reasons would not bother to openly ask the question that you did. By asking questions first, you appear to care about the rules.

Correct, I definitely wasn't directing that towards anyone just stating usually the ones that notice it is the ones trying to beat the system (they would never bring attention to themselves by posting a question like you did) but they are usually pretty easy to spot and very few of those get under the radar of the staff here, and believe me it happens allot more than one would imagine

It does count multiples in one thread, if that thread is in a forum that gets counted.
Billie, all your forum emails are bouncing so the issue is on your end somehow.
