1999-S Kennedy MS Impaired Proof Half Dollar

I have up for sale in the auction section a 1999s Kennedy Proof Clad Half Dollar. It is impaired, but likely would grade in the low ms as it appears to have no actual wear, just mishandling of its surfaces. The coin has heavy fingerprints, some small spotting, and light hairlining but no large scratches or other damage and as such would make a nice cheap holefiller. I'm starting the auction at $3.50 shipped to us and compact states. I will ship international at cost.
