I think you meant 2003a, and if so they are from a full print run of 1,280,000 notes. No real premium value over face there. Maybe you can find someone that collects them, but it's usually low print runs and lower denominations that carry a premium over face.

Check with some on line currency dealers as you have them in sequential order. Just Google.

IF the notes have NO folds, marks, perfect corners etc you should get at least a $15 to $20 premium per note. One person I know who was in a similar situation spent close to a month locating a dealer who was willing to buy it. All of this depends on the condition of the notes (this is key).
