Noticed this 1985 Cent has a bump or hump at the top of Lincolns shoulder is this a good error or nothing to keep?

It might be a Cud (I think that's the word for it ) Cuds happen when part of the die cracks and falls away, leaving a hole that, when the die hits the planchet, has some of the metal pushed into the hole, making it raised up on the coin. Nickels have lots of them.

I hope what I just typed didn't confuse you.

Edit:
I just remembered something else, after seeing your question on value. The value depends on where the Cud is located. Most are located on the rim of coin. If it is in unusual places, it might have more value.

CUD's only happen on the rim, never on the middle of the coin.

the coin in question is most likely a die break.

That lump on his shoulder may be from a Subatious Syst, tumur or just a bad cleaning on his jacket from a claeners.
Many of those lumps are common in places on coins and not considered a really expensive type of error. Actually those type of lumps on any coin is usually not a big seller and some dealers would just throw back into circulation.
Also, notice that sort of raised area on the left side running through the letters In God. Looks like another rim. That too is common with many of the Lincoln Cents from the 80's.
